Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and navigate to your order history to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Securely pack the device in its original box with all included accessories, manuals, and cables to avoid any restocking fees or damage during transit.
- 3.Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are fully covered or removed.
- 4.Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our technical team inspects the returned unit, we will process your full refund or ship out a replacement device within 3 to 5 business days.
